All new freshman and transfer students are advised and registered during an on-campus or telephone appointment through the New Student Advising and Registration Office. Call (970) 382-6985 for an appointment. Advising began April 9 for students admitted for Fall. Please read the “Preparing for Your Advising and Registration Appointment” booklet prior to your appointment. New students should have received this booklet in the mail or you can download it from this page. Students admitted for Fall are expected to be advised and registered by Monday, August 13. Students who are not registered by Monday, August 27 will incur a late registration fee. Students who are not registered by Friday, August 31 will encounter significant difficulties because after this date students must get the faculty member's signature on a paper add slip to enroll in any class.
